Shipping policy

Due to the ongoing Coronavirus pandemic, please be aware that shipping and delivery services may be affected or limited. We are trying our best to carry on as normal but please be aware there may be delays.

We are a family run business and while we aim to pick, quality check and pack all orders within 2-3 business days, due to limited manpower and time, orders may be delayed at busy times and on weekends. Orders placed on a Friday will not be packed until the following Monday or at the latest Tuesday. 

Delivery times start at the time of dispatch and not at the time of order placement. The time given for shipping is an estimate and not a guarantee. You will receive a email from us once your order has been placed. This email may be sent to your spam folder , so please check. You may also receive a email from the shipping company with a tracking number for updates of your delivery time.

Due to the size of a box required and materials to ship, there is a flat $50.00 fee to ship guitars, guitars that are larger than normal, an additional fee will be added. Shipping prices have significantly gone up in the last year. This is just to cover the shipping and materials. We do not profit from shipping. All other items are priced accordingly for shipping.
